Etsy is…Interesting

This is me “rambling”, so just go with it, okay?

Why do people leave “neutral” or “negative” feedback, and provide NO REASON? That seems very odd, considering that we all know that folks sell their wares to make a living, or at least some extra cash.

Etsy should require that ALL neutral/negative feedback include some actual…feedback. What about the person who left “neutral” feedback and provided a “reason” of “I’m giving this soap to a friend”. What kind of reason is that, to leave “neutral” feedback? Perhaps I don’t know what “neutral” feedback really is. But I would think it’s neither a slam, nor a praise. But if you’ve not tried the product, why leave ANY feedback?

Sometimes I really wonder about this batch of folks God made — the last maybe…40 years of creation. Strange, I tell ya’. Just…strange.

Phew!

Yikes! I’m busy, y’all. Very busy. I haven’t had the time, nor the desire to “blog”. So much soap to make, so little time. I’m SO glad I don’t have to make soap. The annual family reunion is this weekend, and while I’m looking forward to it in some ways, I’m also counting down the hours, till it’s all behind me.

Monday, I start my weight loss program — I need to drop about 20lbs, to get me back to my size 10-12 (6ft tall).  I gotta cut eliminate the trips to Starbucks, Haagen Dazs, and Taste of The Orient. The Cupcake Station will have to do without me, as a semi-regular customer. I :love Coca Cola. I’m going to have to fall out of love, for a bit.

I gotta evaluate my level of spending, for this great hobby — soapmaking. It’s time for me to move to the next level of supply ordering. I need to order in bulk. I didn’t wanna go there, but if I’m going to continue to soap at my current level, I need to make it more economical. No more “1 Gallon” pails/bottles  of Coconut/Palm/Olive Oil. Gotta go…bigger.

Well, I just wanted to check in. I’m sleepy, so I’m off to bed! See ya’!

Merry Christmas!

For unto us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be upon His shoulders. And His name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace

Isaiah 9:6

Remember the greatest “gift” ever given: Redemption for a sinful people, from a loving, compassionate God. He really is the “reason for the season”. See ya’ after Christmas!

:heart Peace and blessings,
